Michael’s Floor Care has provided a wide variety of services for Broadmoor Country Club for the past three years. We originally hired them to clean our tile and grout in the bathrooms and locker rooms. Since then, we have been so pleased with their work and their prices, that Michael’s Floor Care has become our go to company to keep our facility up to the standards of our member expectations.

Our Fishers YMCA is the flagship facility for the thirteen Y’s in our YMCA of Greater Indianapolis service area. We have over 83,000 square feet of recreation space serving our community. We have three full size gymnasiums, a large fitness center, several group exercise studios, a personal training studio, two indoor swimming pools, two outdoor pools, five locker rooms, a large childcare center, and a preschool. We have cleaning staff working all three shifts, nearly 24 hours a day, to keep up with the 2,000+ guests that frequent our facility every day. Having a company like Michael’s Floor Care to assist us in some of the deep cleaning really helps us ensure that our facility continues to meet our very high standards of cleanliness and safety.

We originally hired Michael’s Floor Care to clean the carpets throughout our facility. As we got to know them better, we decided to bring them in for a wider variety of services including cleaning the tile pool decks and adding a slip resistant application, stripping and waxing VCT throughout the building, deep cleaning our childcare center rubberized flooring, and deep cleaning and coating the flooring in our cycling room. They continue to clean and deodorize all of our carpeting in addition to other services. We have also recommended them to other YMCA’s in our association and they now service a total of four local YMCA’s in the Greater Indianapolis area on a regular basis.

We continue to work with Michael and his team because I completely trust them to do an excellent job the first time, on time. They are not necessarily the least expensive provider of these services­ however, the peace of mind that comes from knowing the job will be done well is worth the additional cost. The Oceanaire Seafood Room in Indianapolis had received excellent service from Michael’s Floor Care for 2+ years. Michael’s Floor Care has not only maintained all carpeting in the restaurant, but has brought the carpet back to life. Michael’s Floor Care has also sanded and polished all terrazzo flooring in restaurant as well as deep cleaning of tile in restrooms.
